1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 297bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "User") who accesses or uses the 297bet website, mobile interface, or any related services. These Terms form a legally binding contract.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the 297bet platform, you irrevocably confirm that:

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to create and maintain an account with 297bet, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

3 Account Registration & Verification

Each individual may hold only one 297bet account. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 297bet reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide the following information accurately:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification document);
• Date of birth;

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe (typically 72 hours from request) may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or, in cases of suspected fraud, account closure. 297bet is not liable for any losses incurred by a player during a period in which verification is pending.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 297bet account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. 297bet will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 297bet platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 297bet does not apply foreign currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are currently supported:

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are typically credited to your 297bet account within 60 seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

6 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

297bet is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one 297bet account per individual;
• Collusion: Coordinating play with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Arbitrage and matched betting: Using 297bet bonuses or odds in conjunction with other platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, in a manner designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotional offer;

• Identity fraud: Registering using false identity information or impersonating another individual;

297bet reserves the right to void any bets placed in connection with prohibited conduct and to recover any funds paid out as a result of such conduct. The exercise of these rights does not limit 297bet's ability to pursue additional remedies available at law.

8 Intellectual Property

10 Amendments & Termination

Amendments: 297bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Bonus balances and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure are forfeited.

Account Closure by 297bet: 297bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms;

Where an account is closed by 297bet due to a player's breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in accordance with the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed by 297bet for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

These Terms, together with the 297bet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 297bet with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations relating to the same subject matter.
